We had a perfect home on our waiting list her new mom lost her senior shiba and was waiting for a perfect fit now Sharpie goes to work with her is the office mascot. Sharpie now has a home that she gets so much love!sharpie collage

Cookie was found behind a apartment building hiding under a car in 2005 we tried to find her owners with no luck She is now on Staff as our Doggies day care specialist Agility Coach she works for treats and loves her job!

More Special Needs Shibas Rescued

Sasha was rescued from Shelter she was a owner surrender and we had a wonderful adopter that took really good care of her. She suffered from seizures and took medication!

Goldie was rescued by our volunteers in San Diego out of a Eski hoarder and they not only paid for all her medical but they also adopted her giving her a wonderful home.

Kona was rescued from a shelter he was a owner surrender we where overwhelmed with special needs dogs at the time and we had a new volunteer I believe it was her second time fostering  and Kona came with a note book of medical paperwork from the vet so he needed to be weened off his medication and put on a Limited Ingredient Diet and once his fur grew in we had him neutered  then he went to a new home with a sister!

Mika Neo Yoshi Mia and Saki where all fostered by our special needs foster Mika was adopted by a friend to rescue however the rest was cared for by our wonderful volunteers who loved them and took amazing care of them.

Lexi Wolfie and Lady went to homes that adopted them giving them a wonderful life!

Roxy was fostered and adopted!

Lacy was rescued from a Santa Maria Shelter

she was a owner surrender due to not getting along with there adult dog she was rescue only

Lacy was adopted to a friend and we had the pleasure of watching her grow up!

Syrup now Mila

she had a pulled muscle in her leg with a missing toe nail and kennel cough her new family fell in love with her and her new name is Mila
