Toby was rescued from Carlsbad Shelter he was a 10 year old senior at the time Toby had bronchitis and was brought to the shelter as a stray. Toby’s story brings a whole meaning of it takes a village as a adopter went to evaluate him and then pulled him from the shelter then transported to another new volunteer at the time who fostered him once Toby became well he went to his new home who put him in training to be a medical alert dog all pull fee’s and vetting was paid by SCSIR and at Toby age to have such a happy ending is wonderful!
